The Capital Automotive Group is refreshing our prestigious recognition program! The President Club Awards are now the President Peak Performer Awards same program, same celebration of excellence, dedication, and outstanding achievement, but with a bold new name and exciting new benefits for our top performers.

This program continues to honour individuals who consistently deliver exceptional results, demonstrate outstanding commitment, and elevate the customer experience – now with even more ways to celebrate and reward your achievements.

The awards include:

  • Top sales per former –  awarded to the individual who achieves the highest number of unit sales 
  • Top service advisor – presented to the service advisor with the highest total sales on closed work orders
  • Top Body Shop –  recognizing The Body Shop team with the highest percentage of forecast sales achievement and…
  • Top Service Technician –  awarded to the service technician with the most completed repair hours.

Every month, we celebrate our top performers with cash prizes and recognition and this year, we’re making it even bigger!

  • Individual Store Honourees: are receiving $250 celebrating our stars at each location.
  • Monthly Group Winners: now with even more opportunity to shine!
    • 1st Place: $500
    • 2nd Place: $250 – brand new this year!
    • 3rd Place: $100 – also brand new!

 

These awards aren’t just for individual heroes, we’re recognizing Product Specialists, Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Body Shop Teams across the entire group. And the best part? Group-wide winners will get to enjoy a special celebration together!
